Dead Persons at Juiz de Fora Gay Pride

On this Sunday, one person were killed and 17 detained at the Juiz de Fora gay pride festival in Brazil.

The gay pride parade in the brazilian city Juiz de Fora started like every other gay pride parade but was ending in a tragedy. According to the brazilian police the gay pride in the brasilian city Juiz de Fora started normaly, until some people began to shoot.

While the gay pride parade took place in Juiz de Fora, a fight between rival gangs started. The two rival gangs fought for areas to sell their drugs. At this fight a teenager was shot to death, so the brazilian police. About 70.000 people celebrated the gay pride, when the teenager was shot at the beginning of the parade, 17 people were detained, including the suspects in the shooting, so the police.

Big Gay Pride in Tokyo

In Tokyo the Gay Tokyo Pride took place this weekend  and it seems like it was a bang of a party.

The Gay Pride Parade includes the pride parade on Saturday and a lot of partys on the whole weekend and for the big ending, there will be a festival on Sunday in the city’s gay district, Shinjuku.

Japan is one of the morge conservative countrys in the world, and so many gay Japanese are still afraid of coming out in front of their parents and family. “I lead two separate lives—during the day, I’m a full-time ‘salaryman’ in a web design company, but at night I come to ‘2-chome’ to work here as a barman, Yuu, who declined to give his last name, told Reuters. “At work no one knows about my secret and I have been living this double-life for some seven years now.”

Berlin’s Gay Pride Parade was a huge Party

Yesterday, thousands gays and lesbians celebrated the Berlin Gay Pride Parade under the motto ” Normal is different”.

Yesterday ten thousands gays and lesbians celebrated the Christopher Street Day, also known as Berlin Gay Pride, with a big, colourfull parade through the City. Under the motto “Normal is different” nearly 250.000 people followed the line of 50 floats which converted Berlin center into the biggest german party area.

Like every year, Berlin was just one date in a whole list of european gay pride parades! The next big gay pride parade in Europe will be in Cologne, including the Cologne Gay Games 2010, which is one of the biggest gay sport events in the world.
