According to the decission of the constitutional court, the ultra fundamentalistic Westboro Baptist Church is allowed to go on with their work.

The father of a fallen soldier took them to court after the Church demonstrated on his sons funeral. The Westboro Baptist Church is against homosexuality and is sure that the dead soldiers in war are a godly penalty for tolerating homosexuality. Now the constitutional court decided that the Westboro Baptist Church is protectet through the freedom of opinion.
