Although Barack Obama promised equality for the LGBT community, his new gouvernment is defending anti homosexuell laws.

One of Barack Obamas promises when he run for the oval office was more equality for the LGBT community in the United States. Now he is the first man in the country for nearly two years and it seems like nothing changed.

Although more than one court decided that the “don’t ask, don’t tell“  command is unconstitutionally, it still exists. Now is the Obama gouvernment is checking if they can file a protest against the adjudgement. The spokesman told the press, that they want to abolish the “don’t ask, don’t tell” command, but that it’s the Department of Justice’s duty to defend Country Laws against courts.
